Leadership | Vision | Commitment
Elizabeth "Liz" Williams has been a resident of University Park for 35+ years and has seen change come and go. Single Mother of two children, Nate & Chere`se whom have both successfully completed the 201-U school district K-12th grade.
For the past six years, Liz has served as the President of the Townhomes of Russet Oats Homeowners Association (TROHA), while doing so she has brought many great improvements and changes to the living community. Also as a Commissioner of Code Enforcement of University Park she had spearheaded the successful sell and renovation of the Governors' houses from a mold infested, abandoned, neglected property to a thriving rental community for more University Park residents.
Liz has regularly attended the board meetings for the past eight years always willing to support or confront the Board as strong advocate for the residents. As proven by her actions Liz is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for University Park residents as a whole.
She has learned if you see something that needs to be done, don't just talk about it pick yourself up and start the movement to get it done. Starting out, all you need is to be a regular everyday citizen and participate in making a difference. She has always said, "I am just like all the residents in University Park all I desire to do is make a difference."
University Park a thriving place to live, shop, and grow!
